Message	They prowl the summer streets looking for tint to pull you over. mainly because everyone with tint in my part of Iowa is a drug dealer, so the tint is how they justify stopping you for nothing. anyway my point is, i know many people who just pay the $50, and then drive with the windows down, but the fine might be worse in cali. It's not turbo lag, It's foreplay!
